Birds

Over 100 species of birds breed in the Royal National City Park, which enjoys a rich bird life all year round. On a winter’s stroll in Ulriksdal you can with luck come upon a dipper in the churning waters of Igelbäcken. In March, tawny owls hoot in the oak copses. When spring has finally arrived, there are many different species to see at bird-rich sites such as the marshes of Isbladskärret and Lappkärret.
